This is a fun, family friendly, business located in a beautiful outdoor mall. Profits have been limited since purchasing this shop 18 mos ago due to extensive remodeling, but now that it is in great condition, the profits should increase. Finding good employees has not been a problem as this is a really fun shop with a really fun product! We have a stack of applicants in our drawer at all times! We have had a great time running this shop with our teenage children. They have learned great lessons and developed a strong work ethic. Property Features and Assets:

This business is located at The Gateway Mall in Salt Lake City Utah. It is in the middle of "Restaurant Row" and near the 12-Megaplex movie theatre. The Gateway Mall was the place for the 2002 Olympics awards ceremonies. There are many office buildings, apartment and condo units on the property. Only 5 - 10 min. from the Salt Lake City International Airport and is located in the downtown district.

Market Competition and Expansion:

Haagen Dazs is located on the south side of the mall on the ground level. There is a Ben and Jerry's located at the north end, second floor of the mall. We have not felt much, if any competition because of their presence. We are separated by basically the whole length of the mall. The size of the space is more then ample for Haagen Dazs. Another concept could easily be added for even more profit and return on investment.
