What You Can Expect From Us:

As a member of the LA BOXING network of franchises, you can expect all the benefits that come from owning a great brand name and belonging to a strong and experienced team. You will also benefit from a comprehensive week of initial training at the company's headquarters where you will learn about the business, the system, and the market. Other training is available including regional meetings and an International Convention every year. As a franchisee, you will also have a team of experienced support staff to assist you whenever you have questions or need assistance.

The following dedicated Director/executive positions are employed to support each location:

  1. Office Manager – Facilitates day to day corporate operations and ensures franchisee customer service
  2. Senior Training Instructor – Sources and trains the instructors for all locations
  3. Director of Real Estate Development – Sources and advises on site selection
  4. Director of Marketing – Directs the advertising and branding effort for franchise unit sales and daily memberships for all locations
  5. Director of Build-out Services – Construction of the gyms’ interior
  6. Director of Product Planning and Development – Supplying the latest fight gear, cloths and accessories for all locations
  7. Director of Sales Training and Development – Trains and develops each General Manger for all locations
  8. Corporate Controller – Financial analysis for the corporation
  9. National Sales Director – Sales training and corporate systems development
  10. Director of Franchise Development – Qualifies franchisee applicants and coordinates the franchise sale
  11. President – Hands on the daily operations, executive decision making and corporate planning
  12. Director of Corporate Compliance – Ensures franchisees are serviced in a timely manner
