Finally, for ERC franchisees, training is not a one-time event, it is an on-going learning experience that starts as soon as you are awarded your ERC franchise. Prior to attending the ERC Phase One Academy, franchisees benefit from Base Camp where they lay the foundation upon which they will build their ERC practice. But training doesn't end there, after Phase One, an ERC franchisee then immerses in a 26 week Jump Start Program followed by the ERC Phase 2 Academy, 5 days of fine-tuning training also at The FSBI Performance Enhancement Center in Southbury, Connecticut.
