    We have established a training center that trains all franchisees, at no cost to you.

    Do Multi Area State Developers get training?

    Yes, at our Los Angeles training center.

    Do I, as a Multi Area State Developer, get software to operate my business?

    Yes

    Do the franchisees get software to operate their business?

    Yes, our system is built around the franchisees operating software, and it's fully integrated covering all aspects of construction - sales, quoting, estimating, scheduling, accounting, contracts, specifications, colors, management and maintenance.

    Yes. We have several manuals covering all aspects of the business for both sub-franchisors and franchisees.

    How do I earn an income?

    The franchisees pay four percent of turnover to you, the sub-franchisor, which is allocated as follows: 1% goes into a separate state marketing fund, 1% goes to maintain the head office and the training centers, and 2% stays with the state sub-franchisor.
