BurritoVille is a "Fresh-Mex", fast-casual, quick serve restaurant concept with the core menu items consisting of oversized burritos, quesadillas, tacos, and a complete Mexican menu. The concept of BurritoVille was developed from the northern California cuisine known as "Mission Style Mexican," and uses no pork, lard or frozen products. All items are made fresh from scratch, including chicken, beef, grilled vegetables, and all salsas, as well as 7 varieties of tortilla, which is unique in the QSR Mexican marketplace. The BurritoVille menu is all made to order and is high quality, fresh and affordable with an emphasis on healthier better-for-you menu items. In addition, BurritoVille has a large variety of vegetarian offerings and most items can be made dairy-free.
History
BurritoVille first opened its doors in New York City in 1992, and positioned itself as the premier quick-casual Mexican concept in the Northeast. Today BurrittoVille has several units in New York City, and has been rated by Zagat's Restaurant Survey as the "best buy" in its category for seven consecutive years.

In addition, BurritoVille has retained a renowned restaurant designer who has created some of the nation's hottest restaurant concepts.
BurritoVille will continue to maximize bottom-line profits and cash flow growth by incorporating excellent cost controls through the systems developed and managed by the TruFoods Corporation. The cash flow generated will aid in the development of a strong national network of BurritoVille franchised locations.
