We are not selling the business as a whole. We are selling 25% in 1% chunks @$4000 per percent to raise capital for growth.
We have been in business since 2002, and have reached a point where we can't get new customers without more infrastructure, but also can't get more infrastructure because we don't have enough customers to fund it. A real catch 22.
Investors will be registered with www.cipro.gov.za and a equity certificate will be issued.
You will receive proportional profit share, as well as interest on your capital at 10.25% pa. (less what we have to pay the local banks hence the choice not to finance growth though a bank loan)

We are one of 157 members of the Internet Service Providers Association. With our current infrastructure we supply clients services all over the world, from radio stations to multi-million supermarket chains. We are the best at what we do, and when other ISP's say it can't be done, we go and do it. We are also geared to supply Internet to all the 2010 soccer world cup fans by means of premium rated connections.
