The franchises are part of the largest carpet & upholstery cleaning company in the world and are always in great demand. The company offers their customers a cost effective solution to keeping carpets and upholstery spotlessly clean. This is achieved by their unique, patented hot-carbonating cleaning process which is a safe, non toxic cleaning solution. The system employs a combination of heat and carbonation to help break down dirt deeply embedded in carpet fibres and lift the dirt to the surface. The process does not harm the carpet fibres and there is no risk of shrinkage as it uses a fraction of the water of alternative cleaning methods. Most carpets are dry in 1-2 hours and upholstery in 5-6 hours with minimum disruption. The process uses no soaps or detergents and only helps to extend the life of the carpet.
The business runs from an ideal centrally located modern purpose built warehouse and offices on the Yorkshire/Lancashire border with the freehold being held by the vendors. They are prepared to enter amicable negotiations to lease the premises on an agreeable time span and rental although the business is re locatable anywhere within the franchise areas.
