This is a well known and highly respected freehold care home and day care center, which provides specialist care to adults with learning disabilities. The care home was established in 1988 by the owner and in 2002 extended to create all single accommodation together with a separate purpose built day care skills center on the site, to provide non residential services for adults with a learning disability. The care home operates from a beautifully appointed Victorian house providing 12 fully licensed bedrooms for local authority placed individuals aged from 18 - 65. Full 24 hour continual care is provided including all meals and pack lunches by a team of qualified and skilled staff for learning disabilities such as Downs Syndrome. The home is in good working order with all of the necessary health & safety and hygiene standards meeting with local authority approval, together with all the essential disabled facilities in place. The home has an excellent working relationship with the local authorities and has a first class name and reputation built up over the years. The day care center is a separate, fully secured and alarmed, purpose built single story building on the site which can cater for 12 attendees at any one time.
