This mobile children's fitness Company offers a fun, structured program that introduces children to a wide range of sports, helps build coordination, self-esteem, and a life-long love of fitness. It is offered at preschools, daycare facilities, elementary schools, parks/recreation departments, or any venue where children are gathered. It can be offered as a fitness class, a before or after hours program or even a stand-alone class offered in conjunction with a dance or martial arts studio. Classes are offered to children from 15 months to 12 years. The classes are conducted by "coaches" that are hired and managed by the business owner. This is a wonderful company for someone who loves children, wants flexibility in their schedule, wants to work from home, and have low overhead and operating costs. Market Competition and Expansion:
The biggest competitors to this business model are My Gym, The Little Gym, Gymboree, and Fun Bus. Except for Fun Bus, most of these operations are brick and mortar and require parents to take the kids to the location and be in attendance during the class. Although there are a few other mobile children's fitness franchise models available, they have very few franchises in operation and are more expensive business models. This franchise operation has been in existence since 2002 and currently has almost 40 franchises open.
Current existing franchises have existing revenues of up to $30K per month with the appropriate marketing and management. Margins can be in the 50% depending on the level of involvement of the business owner. The potential for growth for this particular franchise is enormous.
