Boars Head and Thummans are the competition. You can win on taste, and pricing, it is up to you to be sales savvy. The route will not run itself and needs a go-getter to push it to the next level. Still under 35 hours to complete EVERYTHING by yourself. It is a one man show (accounting, sales, labor, driving) ETC. Adding a salesman and a driver will explode this business, or run yourself and gross over 1100/week in under 40hrs.
