This is a well established Full Color Real Estate Magazine for sale. It has been continuously published since 1984 in the east portion of the San Gabriel Valley. It prints 13 issues per year in a specific franchised territory consisting of 17 cities with a general population of over 700,000 and 3000 realtors. As a franchise, we are supported by the national franchise which has been serving publishers nationally for 34 years. There are over 17,000 communities across the continental U.S., Hawaii, and Canada. As a franchisee, we participate in the current explosion in internet marketing with our nationally recognized website which partners with 23 major real estate portals such as Yahoo! Real Estate, Trulia, WallStreetJournal.com, Zillow.com, etc. In this current real estate market the magazine could be easily home based with outside vendors doing the graphics and distribution. As the business owner, your primary function would be calling on real estate agents in the over 120 real estate offices in the 17 cities we service. Phone and email prospecting augment the personal contact with the agents and brokers. Our reputation is solid, our advertisers have expressed delight with our staff and our product quality. As the magazine adds pages there comes a point when one full time and a part time employee would be necessary to intake ad copy, do invoicing, payment processing and general office work while you are out meeting prospects. The majority of magazines are distributed thru major supermarkets (they stock the racks) and 210+ outdoor news racks.
