Santa Rosa Beach, FL - HouseMaster, the first and one of the largest home inspection franchisors in North America, has announced the establishment of a new office in Florida to be owned and operated by franchisee, Brenda Rhodes. Rhodes' franchise extends HouseMaster's presence into Florida's Emerald Coast.

"Having established and managed several successful medical practices over the years, Brenda possesses the insight and drive to run a successful franchise. Her business partners, Jim Rogers and Brett Rhodes, have extensive construction and real estate experience and expertise. Rhodes herself was raised among a family of builders. The team is an outstanding and knowledgeable group that will undoubtedly help the members of their community confidently navigate the home selling and buying process."
Prior to establishing her HouseMaster franchise, Rhodes worked for several years as a school nurse in the South Walton area elementary and high schools. She also ran several successful medical businesses throughout her career. Rhodes is an active member of her local church and supporter of community events. She regularly volunteers her nursing services at marathons, races and concerts.
Rhodes and her team received certification from the National Institute of Building Inspectors® (NIBI), which is one of the oldest training and certification programs in the country, and the only program of its kind that requires annual re-certification testing. Rhodes has also received certification in Homeland Security Awareness, and she is also a membership in the local chapter of the Board of Realtors and the Destin area BNI Group. Like Rhodes, both Jim and Brett are active members in their community. Brett uses his construction background to assist the elderly in making home repairs.
Along with offering standard home inspections, Rhode's HouseMaster office will also offer an array of ancillary inspections services such as pool inspections, mold and air quality testing, water analysis, lead-based paint evaluations, etc.
