Wentzville, MO - HouseMaster, the first and one of the largest home inspection franchisors in North America, has announced the establishment of a new office in St. Charles County to be owned and operated by franchisee, Rick Bryant. Bryant's franchise extends HouseMaster's presence into the greater St. Louis Metro Area.
"Rick's impressive background in engineering and manufacturing make him an excellent addition to the HouseMaster team," said Kathleen Kuhn, President of HouseMaster. "As an experienced small business owner, Rick knows what it takes to run a successful and prosperous business. His professional experience, entrepreneurial spirit, and leadership skills will prove invaluable in the community he serves."
Bryant received his certification from the National Institute of Building Inspectors® (NIBI), which is one of the oldest training and certification programs in the country, and the only program of its kind that requires annual re-certification testing. Bryant is also a member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI), as well as a member of the St. Charles County Association of Realtors (SCCAR).
Bryant graduated from Western Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Technology, with an emphasis in project and production management. He has held numerous management positions in the manufacturing sector, including plant manager, production supervisor and safety manager. In his free time, Bryant is involved with Habitat for Humanity and is also the adult leader of Wentzville Boy Scouts Troop 853.
"I am very excited about my new venture as a HouseMaster franchisee," said Bryant. "Buying and selling a home is an exciting experience, but it is also one of the biggest financial transactions a person will ever make. In St. Charles County in particular, the area is growing very quickly and real estate models are always changing. I look forward to using my expertise to help the members of my community make intelligent and valuable decisions. I have already received tremendous support from the HouseMaster team, and plan to offer the same high quality service to my community."
