We have only been in business for a little over a year and are selling because of personal health reasons. Business has great location, next to a Wholefoods Market and it is growing at a fast rate, we have a great route, our equipment is green, we use greenearth and business is 100% computerized, air conditioned. There is a 24 HR window for pickup and drop-off.

We are located next to Wholefoods Market in Coral Gables, next to Sunset Place, surrounded by the University of Miami, Pinecrest, Gables Estates, Cocoplum, Old Cutler Bay, all very affluent communities...We have grown even in this economic situation due to the nature of our business, being green, we do not use PERC, our store is boutique style, we hand iron all our clothes and we take pride in doing the best job possible.
Market Competition and Expansion:
We have other drycleaners in our area, but ours is the only one that is environmentally friendly. There is expansion potential by opening drop stores in the Pinecrest area, where we have first choice with our franchisor.
Franchisor will train new owner to run store.
