The business has been run largely absentee the last couple of years. It would be best served by a owner operator. There are currently 10 indepenent contractors with many years of business brokerage experience on staff. There is relatively low overhead and low flat fees from the franchisor. Seller will train and transiition buyer as needed. Seller has relocated and started another practice 500 miles away. With a down payment of at least $350,000 seller will offer up to $500,000 in Seller financing in a first position lien over 6 years with a personal guaranty from buyer.
