Our Double Drive-Thru service provides an alternative to the traditional coffee shop. Customers drive up to our service windows to "get it and go", without ever leaving their cars. "Keep'em coming back!" by offering the customer convenience, speed and a quality product.
$124,900 includes the standard 8' x 22' building, and all equipment, training and licensing. You will incur approx. $40,000- to $70,000 in additional costs for things like site improvements, real estate fees, zonig and permitting, engineering fees, opening inventory, and shipping the building. Special financing programs are available to qualified individuals. With good credit, your personal out of pocket investment can be as low as $30,000.

Sit-Down cafes
Bear Creek Coffee's Build Out Program for sit down Cafes are all designed to suit. This format allows for creativity and the opportunity to operate in a larger facility with walk-in/sit-down traffic. Licensees have the choice of using our corporate design package and/or integrating their own ideas. They can also have a café custom designed to their own specifications. The café can start at as low as an $125,000 investment.
Freedom of Choice with "Menu and Venue".
Our owners are not restricted to corporate menus or marketing packages, yet they still enjoy the experience and support of the Bear Creek Coffee operations team. They have the leeway to elaborate or change menu items to cater to specific clientele. Specialty Gourmet Coffee is the basis of our operations and our owners have flexibility, allowing them to focus on the tastes of their own target market.
Carts & Kiosks
Bear Creek Coffee's Small Format Program consists of Carts and Kiosks ideal for any indoor location. From our 6 foot cart to custom designed Kiosks, the style are endless. These custom designed solutions are ready to install in malls, office buildings, convention and recreation centers and more, with the added convenience of mobility! These are available starting at $55,500 for a fully equipped, working cart or kiosk.
