1,300 square feet with 8 stylist stations, three shampoo bowls and three dryers. Rent is $1,540 per month and leased. Lease expires August 2010 and renewable in 3 year increments. The shop is located in a shopping center with Office Depot as the anchor and across Main Street from Wal-Mart. We are located in between a restaurant and a bank which results in high traffic volume and exposure.
