This facility was established in 2005 and has grown to 280 current members. This is an expanded facility, in that it has 24 stations in a 1,250 square feet area, and it also has a complete line of cardio and exercise equipment in an additional 1,250 square feet area, which includes: Elliptical machine, Treadmill, Rowing Machine, Recumbent Bicycle, Stability Balls, full range of free weights, bands and tubes. This facility has the possibility for expansion, as there are no other women’s workout facilities within a 5 miles radius; all other clubs within that radius have closed except this facility.
